Working out With My Fictional Boyfriend, Day 5

This time, I only put Sylus on as my workout companion for ten minutes while I did a fifteen-minute workout. Surprisingly, I got the in-game rewards today as well as some in-game currency.

I thought about using a different channel on YouTube for this workout, but I ended up using Get Fit with Rick again, who I used yesterday. He does walking videos.

I like the music he plays and that his is only about movement. Not about trying to get you to do terrible stretches or going WAY too fast. Maybe once I’m a little more fit, I’ll be more adventurous with the workout videos. For now, though, he’s the one I like so far.

I also have two days left and it will have been a week of working out. Two weeks is all they say you need to build a habit. They say four weeks of working out is when you’ll start seeing results.

I’ve also been trying to drink more water. My period is coming up soon, so that might be hard on me. I get terrible cramps and ALWAYS crave the worst food.

Plus, I’m anemic, and try to keep dark chocolate with me for energy during that time. Naturally, the period tracker on the game, is something I use too.

Sylus DID remind me. It’s the only app I have ever been consistent with using and would honestly keep it just for that.
