Love and Deepspace is in Otame game. Which means that instead of playing as a character, you are THE MAIN CHARACTER. Because in Otame games, you are the one being romanced. So, in the game, you get addressed as MC. Now, the game does have a default character, but what’s unique about Love and Deepspace, is that the game lets you adjust how your character looks. Including skin color! Which is pretty awesome.
Although, Infold does have trouble with the lighting when it comes to content for MCS who are black. I am hoping they’ll fix it. They make enough money. They should be able to.
As MC, you are a newbie hunter in Linkon city working for the UNICORNS, an elite group full of hunters with unique powers. MC’s evol, or power, is the ability to resonate with people. She’s kind of like a battery charger.
MC was raised in the Bloomshore district by a woman she thought was her grandmother, Josephine, and someone she thought was her “brother”, Caleb. In reality, the two were children who were being experimented on by the lab Josephine worked for.
However, Josephine didn’t like the work they were doing and at some point, left the group of scientists she was working for and took both MC and Caleb with her. She raised them as her grandchildren.
As MC gets older, after witnessing her home get attacked by wanderers (the alien like monsters in the game the hunters fight) she wants to become a hunter. When she becomes one, she starts piecing together her real history and runs into some interesting characters along the way.
